"I used to love this store. Now they don't carry or can't get what I go there for. Employees looked to "busy" to be bothered. Still have a great selection of newer products and good option if you are vegan or gluten free."

"Worst experience ever. My husband and I went in to the store to purchase some vitamins. There was a young lady working over in that department. She asked if we needed any help she assisted us. After assisting us she stood and watched us the whole time we were there. We would move from one aisle to the next she standing there watching us. After some time we noticed some guys was standing there with her and my husband over heard them talking about cameras. So my husband asked them do you guys have cameras in the store one of the workers said yes. He made the statement I have one right here. He pointed inside his coat. He told my husband it is there job to stand and watch him. We asked to talk to the manager my husband asked the young lady is it your job to stand and watch the customers? She said no we should not do that. The manager made the statement if there was a problem with a worker he would have been informed. The manager at no time reassured us that he was sorry about the way we had been treated. The customer service at Drug Emporium is very very very very very very very terrible."

"Drug emporium isn't nice helpful little store. Full of assortments of things. We got a really nice ceramic-coated loaf pan. Can't wait to bake a loaf of bread in that! It's pretty easy to find but you really got to watch your car when you're pulling in the driveway has a very steep entrance and you could scrape the bottom of your car."

"This was my last experience at the cologne counter. One in which I have never experienced!!.. the two white young ladies did not take the time to show me anything and was quite rude. So I left and took my money else where... I will not be spending my money where the customer service is horrible. There are other places to buy cologne. This needs your prompt attention otherwise you will lose customers!!"
