"I had a great stay here. I was in town for 3 weeks helping with all the wild fires in the area and this place definitely made me feel at home. Staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed. TV had MADA channels. Breakfast was good too the biscuits and gravy were delicious. I'll definitely stay again."
"I expect a far more better for the price that I paid !!!!! They have roaches!! I first got there and I was checked into a room, when I open the door the TV was on and the bed was clearly used. Went to the front desk to get a new room and she kept apologizing even though it wasn’t her fault, but then I get to my new room & went to bed. Woke up the next morning to roaches crawling on the ground!! I couldn’t believe I slept in a room with bugs!!! it is not OK to have an infestation and have occupants staying in these rooms. Clearly you just need to do an eradication frequently to prevent this. it’s not hard to do just routine maintenance. I wish I could get a full refund but I booked through a third-party so they really don’t care about any issues when you stay there and not pay them directly."
"Great customer service from the moment we arrived till we left. The place was clean and so was the room. Breakfast was great and had a variety of things to choose from. The lady even made it a point if we were satisfied. I also like the fact they asked us what floor we wanted. I choose 3rd. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud."
"Took a random trip to ride our Harley through some great country roads and ended up staying here. Bed was AMAZING (hoping to buy the pillows and comforter!), free breakfast was exactly what we love from a hotel, nice facility and the fitness center was awesome! Only thing I suggest is the room floors needed to be cleaned/mopped way better than they were and the handicap shower floor was very dirty looking. It appears it was stains (I tried to scrub it off myself to no avail), but I believe there are still ways to make it white and clean again. (Try some Simple Green, soak it for awhile, use strong scrub brush!) Overall, we would still stay here again though! Again, the king bedding was so very cozy!!"
