"Michelle, the GM, is outstanding. She is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is excellent. I have stayed here several times for work, and though I hate that Verizon has such spectacularly bad service in Center, this hotel is really great. Edit: The above review was a year ago, and this hotel is still great. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is excellent. Maintenance was quick to fix a problem that I had. Really a great hotel."

"Nice hotel at a nice, reasonable price. Some renovations are clearly going on, but seems well maintained. There was a strange smell, not musty but something. Breakfast was really nice continental. Lots of options. Cute omelette looks much better than scrambled eggs!"
