They ordered the part while I was at the counter that morning, then called me after lunch and said that the part was in and we made arrangements for them to fix it the next day. "They took my car in after it received damage from Hurricane IDA and a stop sign pole at a local bank. My car was full of scratches and dings. It needed much repair, sanding, replacing of both passenger doors, windshield, painting, etc. After almost 4 weeks, I can say that this shop and staff are worth the wait. My car looks amazingly like new :). Friendly customer service, and if there were any questions, they answered directly (not giving me the run around).
