I purchased the car in September and decided to follow their recommendations for coating the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Recently, my car had to go in for service, and unfortunately, there were black spots all over the white car seats. "Looked so nice, I did it twice! MW Auto Pros came highly recommended by several friends who have used them to ceramic coat their vehicles, so it was a natural choice to hire them to protect our new, black Diesel Escalade. They were awesome to work with and picked up/ delivered on time. Communication was prompt, accurate and straight forward. They patiently answered all questions and didn’t use pushy upsell tactics, but instead were more concerned about finding the services that were right for us and our needs. For our diesel Escalade we chose the middle package which consisted of all exterior & Rims. The job was top notch, we were so impressed with just how detail oriented they were. The shine was unreal! Unfortunately, we only kept the car a week after having it coated, (diesel made me nauseated) so while we didn’t get to enjoy our investment long before we traded it in, we knew right away that we would have the new GAS version Escalade coated immediately. It’s been 2 weeks since coating the new silver gas-version Escalade, so we’ve had time to live with it before deciding whether to review. On the second go round, we opted to go for the TOP-TIER package, which included the exterior, the wheels AND the interior. I’m SO glad we upgraded this time and did the interior as well. Money well spent!! It’s much easier to keep fingerprints, oils and make up off of the Aniline leather than our DIESEL Escalade interior which wasn’t coated. Now, everything wipes down quickly and doesn’t seem to be as absorbent so it’s less likely to stain and is now UV protected. I didn’t want the leather to dry out and crack like my 2007 Escalade did after years of being in the sun. The exterior of the vehicle post-ceramic coating makes the paint appear richer, glassier.. like factory new, but better! Plus, it makes washing; a dream. The dirt just falls right off. The clear coat feels glossy and slick. So slick, that you wonder how any dirt, bugs or pollen could stick to it at all. Less stuff sticking to it means less friction, which in theory should keep it better protected from environmental hazards and superficial scratches that eventually dull your expensive glossy paint job. Speaking of expense…choosing to have your car ceramic coated by a professional WITH a professional grade product is a “you get what you pay for”-investment. Sure, we’ve all seen those $14 bottles of “ceramic spray” at autostores but don’t be mistaken; THIS IS NOT THE SAME. At all. The good stuff like Evan uses, comes with a multi-year warranty. The $14 auto store special? - Comes off after a couple of washes. No comparison! When you choose to do it the right way by hiring MW Auto, you are paying for a trained professional to use his skills, time, and materials to expertly apply a high quality ceramic coating that will last for YEARS along with completing any preparatory paint corrections, or fine detail work your vehicle might need prior to application. Detail work which could include removing scratches, tar, bugs, etc., not to mention all the waxing and buffing. I mean, This isn’t a 5 minute thing done as an after thought, or an add on offered by your regular dude who just washes cars as his side job using that $14 bottle the auto store keeps trying to sell you. — No, It took 2 full days for the ceramic to properly cure on mine. During which time, MW had my car securely stored in their enclosed shop where I knew it was safe and in a place where the coating could dry in a controlled environment, free from any stray dirt or rain. Is it an Expense that’s worth it? Yes, 100 times, yes. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t let another car slowly ruin year after year. I’m taking the initiative this time to do some early preventative maintenance by entrusting MW Auto to keep this car and my future cars protected and looking like new."
