"I was at this location recently with my daughter. We hadn't been to a Piccadilly in some time and wanted to try it. The food all looked very appetizing with a good variety of choices. However, the line servers seemed to not enjoy their job. No one smiled or seemed happy to be working or to have us as customers. It was very off putting especially as i feel we were pleasant and friendly to them. The lady who rang up the food was very nice and friendly as was the lady who we paid on the way out. The food was tasty but unfortunately was rather cold. The cafeteria was not very busy so can't blame waiting in line for temperature of the food. The lady working on the floor was nice and was attentive. With so many choices in our area to eat, it's a shame this restaurant was disappointing."

"I ordered the Liver & Onions meal and Chicken Tenders . I thought about ordering the roast beef but the picture here showed it bloody red which was a turn off. One thing always on point is their mashed potatoes so creamy good. The Chicken Tenders are crispy but I didn't receive my gravy that I wanted to use as a dipping sauce. Jello is a nice treat. The food arrived warm thanks to my dasher ."

"Piccadilly Shreveport!!! Well I have stood in line for about an hour waiting on chopped steak and I was the first one to request but the server just decided to over look me and serve others the steak first. I ordered two steak plates. I was going to speak with manager but he seemed to be busy in his office. The cashier went on the line to get the rest of the food for me. I thanks for her effort but her hands been all on the register and she didn’t wash before going on the food line. I just went on paid for both meals but I will trash them. Thanks but no thanks. Waste of time and money. No stars!!!"

"Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. The line was not too long and the cooks were constantly bringing out fresh dishes from the back as we waited. The restaurant & the cafeteria food line up looked great. The fried fish & broccoli/rice was surprisingly good. The Mac & cheese needed a little salt & pepper, but to each their own. Had a great waitress that was attentive but she didn't wear a name tag so I can't give her the credit she deserves in this review. But everyone was nice, from the line cooks to the cashier, & all the customers appeared to be enjoying their food."
