"This is the worst beauty store on the Westbank. The African American female staff is rude and so is the owner. I've been there twice and both times it was a horrible experience, maybe that's why the store is usually empty both times i was the only customer in the store. My ADVICE IS STAY AWAY spend your money where you are treated better"

"My first time going to their new location by Little Ceasers was pleasant. I was greeted when I walked through the door. There's video surveillance throughout this beauty supply store which was a very nice feature. I will say that there's quite a great selection of natural hair products! I love how clean and updated the shelves were. They have many of the latest trending natural hair care lines and hair gels. There's not much traffic while shopping here either. I appreciate how the owner made a little small talk with me too. I would definitely go here again and spend my money."
