They do not know how to do African American hair !!!I believe they have perm in they shampoo/conditioner if you are natural your hair will fall out and your curls will forever be gone I had to start all over cutting off 6in of my beautiful long thick hair it was extremely damaging."

My only two concerns were the lady washing my hair was way too rough and she was combing my hair out of my scalp instead of detangling correctly. I have natural 4c textured hair and I would appreciate it if they would be gentle. My second concern is when they flat iron they don’t give you what you ask for, for example I asked for my hair to be bumped. Instead she had me walking out with straight hair. I recommend this place because they are friendly and get the job done."
