"Belt came off after 12 hours of use. They sent worker to come pick it up from my home, as he was loading scratched it along side of trailer. My wife called they told her they would look into it. The fixed belt but did nothing about scratch. Had to call for 3 days to see if it was ready. Picked it up and it was in fact scratched! No one said a word about scratch. They basically ignored it. Guy at desk didnt even speak to me, he just handed me a ticket and some rude lady came brought it out and didnt say one word. Very rude workers and staff! Started it up to load on my trailer noticed it was still making a funny noise, still had piece of previously broken belt on back pulley. Yall kept it for 3 days and didnt notice this?? Yall sure talked alot when I went in to buy mower but cant talk when mower is broken and I go to pick it up. Poor business on yall part! Very sad."

"I'm reviewing this place from the view of a truck driver who delivered here. It's fairly tight in the back to get into the dock but it's not too bad. They start unloading you right away. These are very nice people to deal with."
