"This place sucks. I have been going here since they opened. I had recommended them to everyone I know. I went in this place today to grab a pack of lashes. I took some off of the display and proceeded to the register. I was told BY THE OWNER “Why didn’t you ask for help with that. You are not suppose to touch any lashes without someone helping you” I proceed to tell him “I can buy them somewhere else if it is a problem.” He tells me “OK”. So I leave. If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is in the hood and unsafe. I will never spend my money here again. I will be traveling to the other Beauty Supply at the end of Loyola. They have BETTER customer service and a BIGGER Selection."
