She proceeded to rang up 3 people and then held a whole conversation about people her and the lady knew and never picked up the phone to say hello. I hung up (after saying hello a thousand times) to callback and the phone gave a busy signal 6 times because it's possible she never hung it up. Very unprofessional."

"On this particular visit I was looking for some permanent haircolor. I thought about trying Chi haircolor and noticed that the black (1N) had a shelf life of 3 MONTHS and decided I'll just stick with my Wella. Also noticed that there was sign on the window advertising a "toner bundle" for I believe $14. I asked the associates and they didn't know much about it. Would have came in handy for this purchase (I think) but luckily I had a $10 off coupon and was able to save some $$ from that. Maybe next time, I guess. They were also out of bags which is strange cause there's plenty on display behind the counter I'm just glad my purchases were in stock. Thanks, Sallys!"

"bruh. i went in there twice in the same day for the same problem: lifting blue out of my hair. i asked for help BOTH times and now im crying my eyes out because the blue didnt lift, and i tried everything the workers told me to do. they were very sweet so i gave them my trust. but it was all for nothing."
