"The associates in this store won’t really help you at all or talk to you, it makes for a very awkward shopping experience. The associate barely said hello to me but chatted up a storm when her coworker walked in, once she left and i gathered all my stuff the other associate checked me out. She was sweet, more help would’ve been nice though. The store is organized but I’ll probably just order online or visit another location from now on."

"There’s a lady that works here named Terri that is literally a ball of sunshine. Never seen a worker go so out of her way to be so helpful and forthcoming. She needs a raise ASAP, she’s doing this store more than good."

"Just went into this store to buy stuff for my hair and the only one who helped me was a short girl with pink hair, she was very professional and showed me everything I would need and even asked me if I would come back in and show her the finish result in case I wasn't happy with it. She was so attentive and nice while some other girl was sitting towards the back on her phone and didn't even look my way or acknowledged me while the pink haired girl was handling another customer who was trying to check out. The only reason I will ever go back to Sally's period after already having problems with the Coursey Boulevard one's rude staff and dealing with the nonchalantness of the other employees at College, is for that pink haired girl. I'm so sad that I couldn't catch her name because she was wonderful."

"I always go to this Sally’s and today when I was in the store the manager possibly was talking about another worker so disgustingly. Wishing that he just quit and expressing distaste for him. I understand when workers are compromising the work done but it’s never appropriate to vocalize those things in the store. Then when I went to check out, this was the first time we had spoke my whole shopping experience, I had inquired about the rewards program. She insisted that I was wrong about previous transactions I had and was so rude about it. As the customer possibly I did have another experience with the rewards program and if I’m wrong just inform me politely and not insist I’m lying. I continued to just tell her I would still purchase my items regardless and that I just was inquiring. The attitude in the store made me not ever want to go back. They really need to get rid of the negative energy"
