"Seems like this store has repeated issue of not answering the phone. I have been called repeatedly by the automated system that I have a prescription ready to pick up yet I don't know what it is for and can't get through to speak to anyone. I called multiple times on many different days and same results of being on hold for over ten minutes to get anyone on the phone. I called to speak to manager who stated to take my number and would have pharmacy call me. Well that was three days ago and still no call. This entire store seems to have a don't not care mentality. To make matters worse, corporate is no better as I was on hold there for over 10 minutes as well. Looks like I need a new pharmacy!!"
