"First time I had ever been to a Sally's and I was impressed. The girl who helped me (I cant remember her name, she had brightly colored hair and heart shaped glasses) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. She pointed me to exactly what I needed to dye my hair. There was also about 6 other people who needed her help and she was running all over the place to make sure everyone was helped and had what they needed. Highly reccomend!"

"Staff ask to assist you then walk you to what you need, which is nice. I'm not sure if it's to assist you or to make sure you're not stealing. Oh well, I don't steal, so I don't care. However, it did feel weird having someone escort me around like a child who doesn't know how to ask for assistance when needed."

"My first time in I was greeted at the door by Heather her customer services skills were AMAZING!!! She walked me through the store showing me exactly what I needed! And she was extremely helpful telling me what the best was what wasn’t, what products were hard to find replacement pieces for. Best customer service I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend!"

"I don’t know if it’s the way the company trains people or something, but I went in simply wanting hair dye and already knowing the specific brand and where to find it, and one of the shop attendants was SO pushy. She kept asking me all these questions and each time I’d be polite and answer and then try to walk away to get back to what I was doing, but she just wouldn’t let me. She dragged me around the whole store seemingly oblivious to how I was getting more and more annoyed each time she refused to leave me alone. I didn’t get to browse or properly look at a single thing in the store because of her. PLEASE stop assuming that every customer that walks in wants your attention. A simple “is there anything I can help you with today?” would have given me the freedom to say no and actually be able to enjoy my experience. I’m disproportionately annoyed at this, but this really put a damper on my day."
