"I went in yesterday and got my cut. Tara is the lady I always go to. Unfortunately yesterday she was unavailable. Leslie cut my hair and she did a great job. I am very particular about my hair and she did great and I'm very happy. I will bringing my daughter to get hair cut. My only issue is you can't set an appointment with the person you want anymore. And although I'm sure they are busy I can't get anyone on the phone, to see who will be there because I know they don't work open to close. Check the website and no stylist are list just open times."

"My experience was great until all the great stylists quit! I have called there for just a shampoo and conditioner and although Shatara was rude, I still went. However, I called today for shampoo &conditioner, her first question was’ who is this’ ! Her sharp, rude abrupt ‘you’re disturbing me! Get off the ijblankety blank bleep bleep phone’ attitude sealed the deal for me! Several of my Church &Family members confirmed this behavior. I’m sure you all seriously don’t care because your bottom line is all about getting that money! Nevertheless, the 60 plus customers, (which included adults AND children) that I referred are done. None of us will be returning. I’ve found one of your former Stylist /Employee. We’re all going there for the wedding, funeral and holidays. Customer service SHOULD be great; your manager is not just rude, but has no people skills, and unless the tip is over $20, downright uncouthness is not a good look for a supposedly professional business. If I were In her kitchen , maybe that’s the usual language. Totally unacceptable!! Good riddance!"

"My experience at this salon was great my stylist was the sweetest lady ever and she took very good care of me. I felt like a new woman when she was done. She was polite and had great conversation. She asked me if certain things were okay before handling my hair. And yes she was a white woman who knows how to take care of black hair. I was overly satisfied with my stylist and my results. I will be back to this salon soon."

"My daughter and I signed in for a haircut with only 1 customer that was currently being serviced. The current customer was halfway done with getting her hair straightened. After waiting 1.5 hrs still for either my daughter or I to be called for service I asked the employee if it was going to be much longer. Immediately she was EXTREMELY rude. I am a disabled person that is very hard to be mobile let alone wait that long. The employee should’ve have had the respect and common courtesy to inform us that it was going to be a ridiculous wait time. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this salon nor go back ever!"
