"Horrible customer service! I stopped by to pick up my prescription and was told that it would be “another 20 minutes”. I then stopped by three hours later and the prescription was still not ready and would take “another 15 minutes”. When confronted about it and asked why I was given wrong information, all the employee could say was “sorry”. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed pharmacy!"

"I work for the insurance company and was helping a member with a prescription issue. We call and could hear them pick the phone up before placing us back on hold several times, this lasted about 15 minutes. If you just need some OTC medication go but please avoid sending your prescriptions to this location and use a separate Walgreens or pharmacy."

"I went to Walgreens today to get my teen vaccinated. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment and it took and 1 hour for my teen to get the vaccine shot. The process was slow and I wouldn't recommend it. I personally got my vaccine at the Orange Expo Center and was in and out in 20 minutes (this included a 15 minute wait time after the vaccine was given). The nurse put the vaccine into my teens arm very very slowly. It was the slowest poke I have ever seen. The poke was painful for my teen. Also, the needle and syringe disposal was awkward. Needless to say. If you are in the Orange, TX area and want a COVID-19 vaccine; I'd suggest you get it somewhere other than this Walgreens."
