"lost a lifelong customer first imagine this review with profanity. This company treats customers at its busiest location like serfs. Yet builds unused locations in floodplains because that’s were the stupid inbreads want to live. You shorten hours cut back staff and take a dump on us every day. Today after telling me for four weeks my script was going to be filled in the next day or so the didn’t call or message me they just cancelled they told me after I waited on the phone they were too busy to check their other stores and hung up on me when acting like they were transferring me to a manager they do this all the time. I hpave been overcharged, shorted medication and delt with all matter of shady business here. DONT SHOP HERE your heath and sanity is at stake"

"This this pharmacist guy was very rude. I try to be polite on the phone I even told him my birthday, and my last name is spelt, my last name incorrectly, and I still didn’t get mad and I spelt it correctly for him. He asked what the prescription name was I can’t pronounce certain word so I spell it and then he hung up in my face and then when I called back to speak to the manager, the manager redirect me to him again, and I asked him what was the problem and why you hung up in my face and then when you ask for a prescription, I asked for a different pharmacist he hung up in my face . I would never ever go to this Walgreens ever because it makes no sense for what are the employees to be very rude when I’m being very polite to them."

"Horribly disgruntled, miserable humans working at this pharmacy. Could care less if anything gets done. I am a new customer asking to transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens and confirm that BCBS insurance was excepted. Without a word, she took my insurance card and started typing in information. She scribble something on a notepad, then asked my date of birth, and my name which are both on the insurance card she was typing from. I gave her the information requested and then she walked away out of site. 5 minutes later, she walked by and saw me standing in here and gave me the “over the shoulder look with a higher pitched voice”, and asked, did you need something?!! I am a cancer patient which is obvious by my hairless head and a huge incision down my forehead, between my eyes and down to my cheek with sutures where the cancer was recently removed. I said yes, I would like to tell you the pharmacy you need to call to transfer all of my prescriptions. Rolling her eyes again she takes down the pharmacy information and said she’ll get to it. I told her I have several prescriptions that I need to have refilled and would like to have them done as soon as possible. . She picked up the note again and passed it to the pharmacist and said we’ll text you. After this, I will move my scrips to Thriftyway. I can’t believe I didn’t do that in the first place."
