"First time here and will definitely be coming back. Caitlin and Jessica were great as were all the other staff I interacted with. I didn’t really know what I wanted coming in and Jessica was very patient and helpful. I had actually asked to fill areas that she didn’t feel were appropriate to fill right now. (Again…I wasn’t really sure what I needed.) I appreciate that she is interested in the best results for her patients over making the most money. She used numbing cream and this little vibrating wand while injecting and I barely felt anything."

"Scheduled an appointment online. Arrived for my appointment to find the front door locked on a Thursday at 1:55pm. Only to be told upon entry that no one is here to facility the appointment. Then both girls at the front desk just stood staring at me. I had to ask when is a good time - only to be told they’ll be back tomorrow. No offer at this point to reschedule. The front desk had my appointment canceled by the time I’m back in my car. It’s not that your system allowed me to schedule the appointment that shouldn’t have been allowed if no one is there, or that the two girls walked by me standing at my car to unlock the front door without saying a word, it’s the completely lack of professionalism or common courtesy when trying to facilitate a good time to return for a successful appointment."

"I have tried alot of different places for botox and other treatments so for so good. The one thing I like about Med Spa they don't make you pay or ask if you want deadening cream she has a little wand that vibrates when she injects you. They came highly recommend"
