"Was going to give negative stars ofc but i have to give one. My package for Christmas of $92.01 was delivered empty in a bubble wrap with a slit cut in it and re-taped! Somebody in the warehouse or the delivery drivers stole my perfume and ulta has done nothing. How does that even happen? Horrible."
"I love going to ultra they have budget-friendly & high-priced makeup, so anyone can buy from whatever price range they find is best for them the reason for a four star and not five is the long wait lines. Last time I went they had one register open. I waited in line for about 10 minutes for only a couple of things. Other than that, it was a nice store clean & super friendly workers."
