"Horrible customer service, and lady at the front desk was very rude. I had called the day before to verify hours. I was told 7:30-5. I showed up at 10:50 and was turned away because they close their shop for lunch at 11. This is the reason I called the day before to verify their hours, I was not informed of the shop being closed for a 2 hour lunch break. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Older lady at the front desk needs some people skills. 2 trips in 1 made here. First and Last!"

"I would highly recommend Beaumont Frame and Front End. Dropped off my 2015 F-150 at 7:30 AM on a Friday and they were very friendly and helpful, mechanic came out in the parking lot with me to help diagnose front end noise I was hearing, and I get call at 11:00 AM that it is finished up along with an alignment. Front desk lady was very nice and we even got to pet Ollie (I think that was his name) the dog. I sadly don’t remember the individuals names that helped me but thank you very much. Very fair pricing and a pleasant experience for new residents of Beaumont!"
