"I typically go to the Bossier location, but they have an employee that’s not very nice. Which makes it hard to shop and ask questions. Today I drove a little further out of the way and went to the Shreveport location and it was a breath of fresh air!! I’m not sure of the name of the lady I spoke with today, but she said she had been there 8 years. I can see why they hold onto her, because she is truly the sweetest and easiest person to talk to! Even after I checked out I continued to talk to her and it felt like I was talking to a close friend. Not a stranger, not someone trying to up-sell me or get me in and out of the store. A friend. Just a small positive conversation can change someone’s day. You never know what the other person is going through. I’ll definitely continue to go out of the way to that location just for her! If you’re her boss and reading this, hold onto her!! There’s not many good people left out there. She’s definitely one of the good ones!! If you’re the lady i’m talking about and you’re reading this, I hope you have the best day!"

"I am a frequent costumer at this location but I was followed around the store by a woman that believes she is an assistant manager. I came in the store with a cellphone and keys only. No purse and I wear my clothes fitted. The way I was profiled was disappointing. I will no longer shop at this beauty chain."
