"No accountability. They will send you other people’s policies. This happened on three separate occasions. They are not organized or professional. One employee even sent me a screenshot of his notes on his computer to try and prove a point and still had me listed under the wrong address and policy. I mean if it happens once, it’s a mistake, happens twice, maybe be more careful, but three times!!! At what point does this business take responsibility for their mistakes? As for them asking me to take my business elsewhere, I told them I was taking my business elsewhere vis email. More lies! These folks are super sketchy. I don’t leave reviews ever but this was so wrong all the way around that I needed to warn others of how these people conduct business UPDATE: The owner responded to this review 8 months later. I think the response speaks volumes of how they treat people. Name calling after 8 months...definitely not professional!!!!"

"These folks have a tendency to be incompetent. They send information to you belonging to someone else. This has happened on three occasions. When speaking with the owner Ben about this and some other issues with my policy, he was happy to tell me to find another agent. No accountability or cares given. They try and bill you for other people's policies. Seems like they are running some sort of fraudulent company which has been reported to the insurance commissioner."

"My policy was sold to this company a while ago. Both my former company nor this company actually called and informed me this happened. According to my new “agent” with this company, I lapsed for two days in between my last two policies. According to that same agent, E.I.S. called me (using the wrong phone number) a Whole two days before I lapsed back in November. When I called to correct the mistake, the agent neglected to inform me that I would owe the state government a fee for this lapse. So now that it’s April, I’m getting a bill in the mail and E.I.S. Says its on me and now they’re stating they also tried to email me to inform me about the lapse. The customer service here is non-existent and there are a lot better agents in the greater New Orleans area than this company."
