"They didn't have what we needed. My baby girl lost her earrings. we were replacing just that one and didn't have it. Ok, cool, let's upgrade her to a real diamond they didn't have that either. Also, it seems like the workers were not on the same page with how to properly take care of actually ear after the piercing. We got different stories. The worker was sweet, friendly, and worked hard to satisfy us. She went the extra mile to call another store to find what we needed."
