"Worst local small business experience I had two bad experiences with this business 14 years ago (2008) I went to them For an estimate , they came to my house, took measurements, we picked the flooring, they never contacted me, when I went to the office to speak.to the sales person she would not speak to me about installing my flooring , I was told that she was busy when she would get back with me we could see her sitting in her office , so we went with another business. just recently (2022) we decide to do more flooring and I chose to give them another chance again ( bc their local) dumb idea I called ask for an estimate and was told that someone would call me back and no one returned my phone call. To talk to me obviously 14 years did not help improve their customer service it is very disappointing because they are 2 miles away from me and it would be very convenient but obviously my business is not worth it to them how to saf that is. I get the feeling this business only wants to deal with a certain class of people I would never recommend them to anyone I think they are prejudiced against certain people"
