"Omg I can’t tell you how much these people saved my life today I recently had a car accident with progressive paying 335 paying 1,000$ deductible on top of not having uninsured motorists or anything Researching and going through friends/social media hunting for insurance I can’t tell you I went from paying 335 possible higher soon to 280 a month life insurance and car insurance together. Mark is awesome and I also knew him from church. He’s awesome 100% recommend especially for younger people with bad driving lol"

"Brian Hall was supposed to sell my Fiancé Auto Insurance and kicked him out of this office because we refused to buy life insurance as well (we already have life insurance). He then berated my Fiancé because he wanted to call a parent and ask about it first. “I’m pretty sure I know more about life insurance than your mom does, do you go to the doctor and ask your mom about that too”. He was very rude and unprofessional. I would love for someone to call me about this matter because when I attempted to call the corporate office they were very rude as well. It must be a requirement to be rude to work at Farm Bureau."

"I've been with this company since I've started driving, (about 15 years) because it's who my parents used, and I regret not switching sooner. They charge a yearly "membership fee" on top of your monthly premiums, but they won't auto draft it like the premiums, and if you forget to pay this fee once every year they'll drop you without so much as a phone call, leaving you to drive uninsured till you figure it out. Then I moved to a different state and bought a new car, and tried to have it insured by them and they don't bother to check minimum liability standards for my state, even though I told them where I lived. I had to learn from the dmv after trying to renew my license that my brand new 2018 car didn't have legal coverage for 3 months, and on top of that they charged about $50 more per month than I was quoted for. And finally, after canceling my policy with them the day they charged me $265 (auto draft), a month later I called to ask them when I'd be refunded for the month I was charged for, I was informed that I'd only be reimbursed $78... P. S. I was able to save 100 a month switching to a different company anyway."
