"I am extremely pleased with Floor Trader Lake Charles. I was dealing with a Big Box store (Lowes), in which I wasn't happy with the customer service, warranty issue and price. I decided to try a local business. Much to my surprise their price was almost half the Big Box store. Tony was amazing and helped me. I knew I found the place to get my new flooring. He also recommended a couple of installers. Charles and Jeremy, were so comforting and renewed my trust in people who do carpentry/construction work in our area. They came to work and worked all day, kept me in the loop, worked around us as we had to stay in the house as well as did an amazing job. I was taken advantage of post storms and flood.
