"I can't say enough about April Tolbert and her entire team. They go ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients. They are transparent and honest with you up and front and even if they can't help you for whatever reason, they will work with you to find other options to help you get the coverage you need. I must brag on Gabby - she has been working with me on my auto insurance for about a month or so and she has been a life saver - she has listened to me, empathized and given recommendations and suggestions on ways to help me since I am not able to go with Farmer's at this current time. When I am able to go back with Farmers, I will move both my home and auto. You are not just a number with April Tolbert and her team, you are a family, you are someone that they take pride and care in taking care of from the start to the finish.
