"At first everything was going smoothly… until it was time for filing and acrylic. The lady filed my nails completely uneven, most of them are not pointed straight and are at a slant, and most of the acrylic was stuck to my skin. She even made a few remarks about how messy and bushy my eyebrows were and asked multiple times if I wanted to get them done, thank you for letting me know they were a little messy but it was rude."
