"I went to Lily nails approx 2 months ago. I asked what their chrome nails in pink would look like and the young girl with the long dark hair painted two artificial nails for me to look at. When it came time to get the nails done as the sample I chose, the older lady had something totally different going on my nail. I took the acrylic sample out to show her what it was supposed to look like and all she did was ARGUE with me. Why I didn’t get up and walk out I do not know but neither the older man owner nor the younger girl acknowledged or said one word about what crazy behavior and the color she was doing was wrong. I will never go back there and if I see her in another salon, I hope they teach her how to treat customers and actually “listen” to them while saying she knows she knows. Because she surely DIDN'T KNOW!!"
