"I went in to buy a replacement battery for a riding lawnmower. I walked in with the old battery and was not greeted by nor acknowledged by anyone standing behind the counters, they must have had some issues going on within the store that day that were far more important. I wasn't sure which of the registers were being used or where I was supposed to place the battery I was bringing in to return for disposal. I was left standing there for a few minutes and I kept looking back and forth at the employees while I patiently stood there waiting for them to perhaps say something to me or nod, wave or something along those lines, they never did. I finally enterrupted their conversation with my question of where could I place the battery to shop at least. They were kind and helpful when they finally helped me out. I was literally the sole customer in this store too! The first salesman helped me find the replacement battery I needed while the second one was able to sell me the brand new hardware I needed to reinstall the battery back onto the lawnmower. I was in and out rather quick as I was the only person shopping at this time. I was able to get a warranty on the battery of some sort and the prices were low!"
