"Came into my local office today with an issue because I haven’t heard anything about a claim I put in over a month ago. I was greeted by a lady and she asked what I needed. I was then told to have a seat and was handed a phone to call Geico claims, something I could have done from my living room. I guess it’s my fault for being somewhat old fashioned and expecting some level of customer service from my local office. Lesson learned. I’ll call the 800 number or use the chat option from the website or app. It’s a much safer option considering the way folks drive in Leesville and possibly having to make another claim."

"Do not use the online quote. It's a scam. I filled out my information online and my monthly quote was $181. I was then informed to call the 1-800 number to finished my policy. I called the number and the woman told me there's an error in their computer and she would have to re-enter my information. After entering my information she then asked me for my card number to submit payment. I asked what is the monthly payment? She then informed me it was $262! This is called a bait and switch. They give you a low price online to sucker you in and then claim they have to re-enter your information hoping you dont get wise that they are raising your price $80 per month. They bait you with the low price and then switch it to a higher price over the phone without telling you and hope you dont ask. Conclusion: This review is of the online quote and 1-800 number. To anyone reading this my advice to you is to contact the local office at the 337 number or visit in person to receive a more personalize quote. The local agents are more professional and courteous than anything you will receive online or at the 1-800 number."

"Love geico. Every person i have spoke to has been very nice and helpful. My only complaint is being transferred to 4 different people before getting the right person. I asked for boating policy and was transferred all over the place, how many boating or marine depts do they have!?"
