"Had a great experience with the managers at the auto center today! I must say at first quite a few things went wrong (but everyone makes mistakes) and I had to wait a few hours on an oil change, but at the end the manager was more than happy to fix the situation! It just goes to show that there can always be a positive in a negative situation. I saved some money, a new employee learned a lesson, and I got to interact with some really friendly people so overall I'm a happy customer and will be back!"

"I asked for an oil change at 5:17 pm. They close at 7:00pm... There were 2 vehicles ahead of me and 1 on the rack. No one came out to greet me I had to walk inside. I asked if they would change my oil and was told they were done for the day. It was 5:17 pm they were not supposed to close till 7:00pm....."
