"Took over three weeks for them to replace a sole. I had to call to check on them and the date kept getting pushed backed. Said they had to ‘custom order’ the sole but it legit just looks like leftover scraps they slapped on when I arrived bc they forgot. Some of it isn’t glued down all the way and was peeling by the time I brought them to my car. Costs way too much to look like that. Genuinely think I could’ve DIYed it better."

I brought a pair of moccasins to be replaced, and they were placed aside and covered with a purse. I came back four days later and they couldn't find my shoes. They found them under the purse and they hadn't been touched. It took them 10 minutes to do the job. They take your money up front then don't do the job. Never again!"
