"Runnnnn!!!! The ABSOLUTE most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. If there was a zero star option, that would still be overrating it. I dropped off my KYSEK zip cooler & prepaid the $20 cash per their request to move forward with repairs on 12-20-18. The man doing the repairs quoted me a pickup date of 12-26-18. Here we are 1-16-19 and my bag is still not repaired, completely filthy (wondering if they’ve been using it) & when I asked for my bag & money back to take elsewhere, he informed me he couldn’t refund my money because there was no money on premesis. I’d have to make the 35 min drive some other day this week to check in & “see” if he had the money. THIEF! I opted to take possession of my bag & I will continue to address this issue until it is resolved. When my friend asked a simple question “when can she come back to get her money?” He so rudely interrupted her, threw his hand up & proceeded to tell her this was NOT her business. This is about to be every bodies business at this point. Totally & utterly UNACCEPTABLE."
