"The 16 year old Barber boy doing barbering services here, did not go to Barbering school, did not pay the approximately $5,200 or more for barbering school, did not do or complete the 1500 hours of education and training at a barbering school and then travel to Baton Rouge to take the written exam (after completing the first 1000 hours) and practical exam (after completing the final 500 hours) to receive a Barber license. I did all that for my Cosmetology license back in 1984, because it's the law. He is illegally working here. The owner of this Barber shop could lose everything by having unlicensed Barbers and continuing to make money off of unlicensed barbers."
