Why does the cost of their bad service (inefficiency, low quality) get passed on to me, the customer?--twice victimized by them, first with a bad haircut, and now a price increase. The convenience of their being located a block from my office doesn't justify the expense of money, time, and a mediocre haircut."

"If you are black/African American, do not get your hair cut here. Your cut will be uneven, you won't get edged up (or in my case one side was edged up) and they will mess your hair up BAD. I tried to be very polite but this is honestly the worst haircut I've gotten since I was a child. I even left a tip bc I'm not an a-hole and she tried her best, but she should've been upfront about her inability to cut my hair before we started. I had a big date coming up and now I will be arriving bald after getting this corrected. Very disappointed."
