"first of all I am not criticizing the work of this stylist I just want to share my experience, my appointment was at 11:55am prepaid I arrived at 11:45am and I sat down another person arrived 10 minutes after me then at 11:55am he let the person who arrived after me in so I complained to him and he said that he was running late I told him I had a flight at 2:15pm so please cancel my appointment he said he would charge me $15 or more for cancellation even if it wasn't my fault then I asked him if I could get out of there around 1pm if he started on me after the person getting service he said he was going to try I said okay and sat down again it was already 12:35am and I decided to leave because a complete service was going to take 40-45 minutes with him and I would miss my flight This whole experience was very unpleasant got charged $20 for something I didn't get and wasted my time I understand if I cancel too close to the appointment or never show up his website even says that but get charged even when it's the guy's fault it's robbery if you have an appointment system and you can't keep up with them, at least send a message saying that you won't be able to do the job on time or at least apologize once I think this barber is very unprofessional and unpolite."
