"I don't usually Wright reviews or state any opinions about a business or persons but with 9books I'll make the exception.this place is amazing.the owners are exceptional individuals and are always willing to help.not only are they probably 2 of the most intelligent people that I've had the pleasure of meeting but they are very well mannered and always willing to offer thier help. They have great staff as well I particular like the young gentleman who works and goes to school I don't know his name but he is patient and thorough in his job.they play great music which is to my taste maybe not all who come there but I enjoy it. So I would like to thank each and every one of them and hope that they continue to be in business for years to come 5 stars for 9 books"

"I called First and asked if they bought used vinyl. He said yes. I said it's a lot of classical music are you sure? He said bring it in I'll look at it. About 10 minutes later I called back and said do you buy used CDs and he said yes bring it in I'll look at it. I get here he walks out to my vehicle looks at the boxes and says no we don't need any of this. I have seven banana boxes full of Records. Plus three boxes of CDs."
