"One star because I can’t give a zero. My wife recently underwent the process of having dentures made at DDS, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite her hopes for a comfortable and seamless transition, she was met with a series of disappointments. Despite expressing her concerns and preferences, they seemed indifferent and failed to address her needs adequately. Throughout the fitting process, which was a little over a year, my wife experienced discomfort and frustration as the dentures were repeatedly ill-fitting and after multiple adjustments, the final product fell short of expectations, leaving her feeling self-conscious and dissatisfied. The lack of attention to detail only added to her frustration and sense of being undervalued as a patient. Overall, my wife's experience at DDS was deeply disappointing. "My recent experience while getting prosthetic teeth made was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the process was riddled with incompetence and disregard for patient satisfaction. Firstly, the initial consultation was rushed and lacked any personalized attention. The prosthetic implant specialist seemed more interested in moving me along the assembly line of patients than understanding my specific needs and concerns regarding dentures. During the fitting process, it became apparent that the staff lacked the necessary expertise to create properly fitting dentures. Not only were the measurements inaccurate, but the quality of the materials used was subpar, resulting in discomfort and irritation. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. I was left in the dark regarding the timeline for completion and had to constantly follow up for updates, only to be met with vague responses and excuses. To add insult to injury, the final product was far from satisfactory. The dentures were ill-fitting, uncomfortable, and aesthetically unappealing. It was evident that little care or attention to detail had gone into their creation. Overall, my experience left me feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. I would caution anyone considering getting dentures from this practice to think twice and explore other options with a reputation for quality and patient satisfaction."

"I was a walk-in yesterday morning because my upper device needed repair. Well, I may have been a brand-new customer, I felt right at home, right away. The office receptionists were friendly and relaxed. I was recorded and signed in without drama. Was seen by 2 dentists within about 10 minutes; a dental assistant was standing by during my exam and consultation. I selected a dental plan and the DA had my paperwork prepared and reviewed about 10 more minutes. She never left the exam area. Everyone's attitude and countenance were just delightful! BTW, I was surprised by the large size of the DDS office and labs. A dentist's office on steroids."
