"This was a very disorganized and unprofessional office. I scheduled an appointment online due to tooth pain for the available slot. I received an email stating that the time was not available, so I called. I rescheduled the appt, filled out the paperwork, took off work, and then received a text message a day later asking if Jayden and I could reschedule again . I told them I had no idea who Jayden was. Since I took off work at a certain time, I could not reschedule again. An hour before my appointment, I received a text that my insurance was not accepted. Mind you , I sent all the paperwork in days before. I now have missed work, still have tooth pain , and have to find somewhere else to go. Will also have to miss more work as I now have to find another Dental office and do the process all over. The insurance provider website states that the insurance is accepted at this location. When we spoke over the phone , the insurance was also accepted. Very unprofessional."
"Dr. Ghazal and the staff are wonderful! Treated my daughter and I with lots of kindness and made her feel comfortable. We’ve tried a lot of different dental offices trying to find the best fit and this is the one! If you have children I would definitely bring them here. Look forward to future visits."

"Awesome first time visit! So nice I’m returning in 6 months. Seriously it was a great dental experience. The staff (Natalie, Lexi and Micha) was great, funny and professional. The office was clean and I could tell they cared about the patients because everyone wore a mask, from the receptionist to the hygienist. I highly recommend Smilepoint."
