"I think they're just short of staff. There's some great pharmacists there, too. Unfortunately there's one who always shouts the name of my rx out loud. It makes me visibly cringe, because this medication has a "street value." If I were subsequently mugged on my way to my car, either CVS would be liable, or she would be."
"Rude. Incompetent. Lacking supplies. After hurricane Ida we had to switch from cvs Luling to Avondale I have only been able to get my paper written scripts from my psychologist on two occasions every other time they say they don’t have it and I have to scour the region to find my medicine because they say than can’t hole my prescription. When being turned down for the medicine they give no advice on how to get your scripts filled or how to avoid this in the future. They just say go somewhere else. Sad!"
"Had to switch from cvs in luling due to hurricane. Loved cvs in luling. Have not had great experience with cvs in Avondale. Hold on phone for over thirty minutes call disconnected tried several times after that same thing. Go to pick up medicine the pharmacy looks very cluttered unorganized and short staff. Take 15 min just to pick up medicine. Have to call to make sure they process orders or get e scripts. Been waiting on a med for two weeks. Been saying processing since Monday. Call on wedn and they so oh we have to contact Dr for prior authorization. I should have not had had to call that should have already been in the works. I am not sure if this was like this before hurricane but it is not type of service I am used to from cvs"
