"As I entered 3 employees looked at me & never said a word to me. They let me wonder around w/o asking me anything, i.e., do you need help or can I help you. After I found what I wanted, the guy working there checked me out w/o saying 1 word to me again. He just put my receipt in the bag, turned around, & walked away. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the extensive selection of products in store you can't find anywhere else."

"As many times as I have frequented Campus Connection yesterday was the absolutely worse experience for me. When I walked in the store no one was available to assist me. I walked around “upstairs” by the D9 paraphernalia for awhile until I had to take an important phone call. Once I completed my call I walked back inside. Since no one was available for assistance I grabbed the item that I needed to find someone to assist me. I asked the young lady about the particular item that I had in my hand. She answered my questions for me as professionally as she could. As I walked back upstairs to the Black D9 Greek Orgs section David the owner (I’m guessing that’s who it was) approached me about the item and said with a very nasty attitude that they weren’t for sale individually. He tried to recover his attitude by asking was there anything they could get for me. I politely walked out of the store with Tulane gear all over and D9 parry in the back of the store. As I left I mumbled that Campus Connection would never get my business again. As I said that the Caucasian couple who was looking at Tulane gear was looking at me in dismay. The other Black couple that was in the back of the store looking at D9 parry wasn’t helped either and they were in the store just as long as I was. To keep a business running you have to learn how to treat all customers with respect and not thinking someone is in there to steal from you. And I think David thought I was trying to steal parry from him. All Black people don’t steal!!! But the only reason CC stays in business is because they’re the only store in the city that has D9 parry, some OES and Masonic parry and ALOT of Tulane gear. We know who Campus Connection caters to **hint hint** S\N when it rains it pours!! Be careful of the bucket that sits in the middle of the floor at the front entrance that catches water leaking from the ceiling."

"Campus Connections never has to worry about getting another dime from me. Firstly, their selection for D9 merchandise is really poor. I walked in and was never greeted. I walked around the store for 10-15 minutes. At least 4 employees walked past me. They talked over me to one another. I have not been greeted yet! The employee checking me out had an attitude that was flat at best. If it wasn’t for a last minute gift, I would have just walked out. I have been a good customer throughout the years, but today was my last visit. I will take my dollars where they are wanted."
