"WORST customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer that’s bought close to 10 pairs of shoes and am getting treated horribly. Last pair of shoes I bought I accidentally ordered a half size too small so I immediately re-ordered the larger size. I returned the small pair but since I didn’t keep the tracking number and provide it to them they will not refund and want to charge me $15 to ship back the shoes. With so many shoe vendor, trust me, look elsewhere."

"0 stars purchased a pair of shoes online and when they came in they looked like a completely different shoe from what I was shown on the ad. I live about 30 minutes from the store so I decided to take the drive to try and return them in person (the day after receiving) and they gave me the run around saying that a completely different department that’s located all the way in North Carolina handles returns and I had to do that online. (Keep in mind that this is their 1 and only store front and it’s in New Orleans, La.) Which led me here seeing reviews from other customers saying that has an 0% chance success rate. If you order something you better be sure of your size or that you’ve seen the product in person before and know what you should be getting otherwise, you can kiss your money good bye. 0 stars, would never recommend nor will I ever return as a customer under any circumstances."
