"Pretty upset that my son walked in before an interview and was told there was an hour wait and after waiting for over an hour the owner came in and said there were too many appointments so he couldn't get a haircut. Do better. Maybe don't tell people they can get a haircut and after waiting over an hour tell them no. He could have gone anywhere else and this was important. We won't be returning."
