"Sometimes u go In a store and the customer service is a little bit stand offish and kind of off putting this is not the case at this store from the second I walked in they made me feel comfortable to shop and ask questions didn’t seem bothered one bit and that always makes buying anything easy great store would recommend checking them out Fair prices on equipment for a expensive game ."

You will not find this type of customer service with an online only retailer. And…they offer the same pricing you would find online. Bricks and mortar owned by great people can’t be beat!"

"UPDATED REVIEW!!!!! Let's just say I'm glad my dad talked me into going back into Edwin Watt. It was night and day difference from a few weeks ago. Ms. Sheryl greeted us as soon as we walk in. She came over asked if we need any help. She talked putter with us and showed us her favorites. Mr. Michael was very nice and knowledgeable of everything and answered any questions I had and was very helpful also. You can tell they truly care for their customers. My dad hasn't played or been in the store in over 10 years(medical reasons) and they still remembered him and was trying to help him try to get back into the game he loves so much. I will most definitely be back once I play with my old clubs for 6-8 wks. Then Mr Mike said he will help me get fitted for the right clubs for me."
