"Only 3 registers open and there a long line been in the line for 40 minutes already and it’s the Burlington store in Kenner Louisiana and the slim guy in the photo when me and my aunt that’s 73 years old she had to use the restroom and we asked him and he told use that there was no restroom to use and we was spending money and now the store is down to two registers"
"Plenty of parking in front, there seems to be a lot of inventory inside. You are greeted when you walk in the front door, but I did not see any other employees working the floor. This store could use a good clean-up. Inventory on the floor, inventory not lined up on shelved. There is a ton of everything in stock. Great selection of everything."
"The store looks like a tornado ran through and ransacked the aisles. This is probably the worst Burlington I've ever been too. Its a shame management doesn't care but what's worse is the people shopping who don't care. Why would you just throw things on the floor? Have some respect and pick up after yourself! There is also 1 cashier working at 11am on a Saturday. The store is losing more than they're making."
"Not enough registers open. 3 registers open with about 40 people in line. Waiting damn near an hour to return something and still wasn’t close. I had to give up. And leave. This ridiculous. Why isn’t there a lane open for returns only Update 4/22. Nothings change. Still a lot of people in line. 2 registers open. Clothes and toys and everything all over. Nothing is organized. Definitely my last time coming in here. Took an hour and 40 mins to check out. Why is there someone greeting ppl at the door? When they have 50 plus people in line. She don’t even greet. Just stand there. Manager and other people just walking around. Literally 2 cashiers on a Saturday. Ridiculous"
