"If I was strictly reviewing our representative, Nick Gorman, I would give them 5 stars. Nick is very professional and personable. Anytime we need something he's on top of it! The only reason I gave Unifirst 4 stars is we have problems with the rugs not laying flat. Other than that we are very plesed with thei service."

"Well, I have to say that Brittney, my salesperson was very aggressive to get my account. Needless to say I was very skeptical to go with any uniform company after the last 2 companies I dealt with. She was so sweet and persistent and promised me that UniFirst was different from others, she even brought in her Supervisor, Cornelius who swayed me even more. I gave in, hesitantly! We just received our uniforms last week and i had a few changes and I couldn't believe that the changes were done this week already. I can't stress enough how AMAZED I was because the last 2 companies took months and even up to a year to get the changes made. I truly feel this was a good move (i hope I'm not wrong!) Thank you Brittney and Cornelius for finding me and making me a believer in a uniform company again."
