"The ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY I have been to. I had to drive to Destrehan to another pharmacy to get my prescription fully refilled because they “did not have my insurance on file” but every pharmacy I have been to since I stopped going there pulled up my insurance with no hesitation or issues. Completely unprofessional and lazy workers. They don’t practice healthy customer service/interactions and they use their ability to make your day harder The fairer skinned , heavy set women who i think is a pharmacy tech does not need a job. Everyone needs training in there it was absolutely disgusting and I have saved 4 of my family members from this horrendous service. We trust the pharmacy to take care of our medical needs and also assist with any help with medication and they do not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ON THIS!"

"The Walgreens in LaPlace is by far the worse pharmacy around. I called the pharmacy several times during the week to see if they had a particular medication in stock. Twice, I was told no. It was on back order. The 3rd time I called I was told that info could not be given out over phone which I totally understand but how were 2 different employees allowed to give it out twice. I just had neck surgery and cannot drive. I was told I had to come to drive through and ascertain if they had the med. Of course when I get there I was told they were still out of stock. What a joke. Failed to mention I had to call someone for a ride and inconvenience him. Will never never go to this pharmacy again."
