"The attitudes here are on another level. You can tell the staff working the front desk want absolutely nothing to do with the place and would rather be somewhere else. Dropped off a dress and instant attitude and back talk. Picked up the dress and the young girl just responds with sharp comments and and no care for customers. I had a dress that they couldn’t remove the stain from - understand that happens - but the blow could have been a lot softer if they were more apologetic and understanding that a customer may be concerned that service wasn’t provided as expected. Will be making the 45 min drive to Baton Rouge where I know they appreciate the business."

"Was supposed to give a black jacket with black bottoms. The jacket was way too big and there was no time to fix it. They also offered no refund. We also ordered a dark blue bow tie and pocket square and they gave us a black one. Now the suit doesn’t match the dress. Very unhappy with this business and I don’t recommend them to anyone."
