Seems like common sense and very basic customer service. I guess they enjoy being rude to their customers. Will go elsewhere. Not paying for poor customer service and bad attitudes. Update: No I was not offered an appointment. They refused to reset my password. Sent more very rude emails. I entered the password exactly as in the email. I included the as well. The site is not functioning. They are aware of this. The only reason they stay in business is they are the only blow dry bar in Jefferson Parish. Dry Bar or any other reputable competitor would be the end for any business that treats customers like they do."
